Synopsis
A little shooting team went to shoot three short films at the Mansi village in the most remote rural areas of Guyuan County in Ningxia Province. When they lift their cameras they find that the circumstances there are so close to the content of their short films. The peasant fellows there implored them to record their misery life. When the sound of Bangke aroused, everything is just happening……

Wang Xuebo was born in Liaoning, 1984. Graduated from East North Normal University. Major works include: ‘Exclusive Agency’, ‘The Drought’, ‘Under the Eaves’, ‘Knife in the Clear Water’, ‘The Bit’ and ‘Chinese Date’. ‘Exclusive Agency’ nominated in the fifth International Student Video Show of Beijing Film Academy and won the first prize in the second Kexun Cup DV show of the Students of Normal Universities. ‘Under the Eaves’ nominated in the fourth Chinese Independent Film Festival, and won the first prize in the third Kexun Cup DV show of the Students of Normal Universities. ‘Knife in the Clear Water’ won Best Cinematography in the third Kexun Cup DV show of the Students of Normal Universities. ‘The Drought’ nominated in the fifteenth Beijing Student Film Festival.
